Hoodies are a vibe. Hoodies are life sometimes. This particular shell lets you turtle as needed while warning others it's not worth bothering. Based on the sticker used in Japan to mark items to be chucked in the bin, it translates to WASTE, but you can tell people it means whatever you want.
